“I came into this store in Hinesville back in October 2025 and was looking to switch from Cricket to T-Mobile and the lady that was there was very rude and not helpful . So much that I just left and stayed with cricket . I returned this evening cause my mom has T-Mobile prepaid and had downloaded fever virus known to man kind lol and to my surprise the 2 individuals that was working greeted me with enthusiasm and was so helpful with fixing my moms phone .i will deff be coming back and join the T-Mobile family !! Thanks Jessica and Akoni !! Thanks for the help and making feel seen and heard !! Y’all

“Ok, great store greater customer service. I managed to get a Starfield controller from this place that I'll probably never open ?. Yet I most say there was only one in the area so not sorry I beat everyone to it. Just the atmosphere screams gaming and more when you walk in the door well done ?”
“The lady in the store was amazeing,friendly and knew her job. She even stayed late to set up the phones....the man at customer service was horrible,made a case on my account,I've had my phone service a long time and I ordered two lines and phones,and paid on line,went into the store,and just wanted the order cancelled online and bought the two same exact phones in store,he argued with the lady at the store for 38 minutes about canceling the order. Other than him. I love cricket,best people,best service, and I'm a lifetime customer!”
