“I came into this store in Hinesville back in October 2025 and was looking to switch from Cricket to T-Mobile and the lady that was there was very rude and not helpful . So much that I just left and stayed with cricket . I returned this evening cause my mom has T-Mobile prepaid and had downloaded fever virus known to man kind lol and to my surprise the 2 individuals that was working greeted me with enthusiasm and was so helpful with fixing my moms phone .i will deff be coming back and join the T-Mobile family !!
