“Had a unit here for a longtime. Staff is great and very helpful aswell as friendly. Facilities are pretty good, tempature control varies a bit, sometimes getting up to 80°F, but overall its a very good facility with pretty competitive pricing for what theu offer. Will definitely be using them again if I even need to store anything.”

“I was satisfied with the rental unit.
The only thing is the sofa I had in there ended up being covered in mold and mildew.
I was going to give it to someone but it was damaged.
Other than that I was ok with my rental experience.
They could use a little more lighting out there also.”

“My friend Is using this place as An address to receive their mail after they got out of the military since they're homeless.
My friend also said they used this place to receive their mail until they got housing on post.
We keep hearing that voting is supposed to be so important, but yet prices keep rising higher for some reason.
In the meantime, My friend can put all bills and mail on hold in storage unit until finding a place
to live.
Does anyone know if there's going to be voting machines put up at the place Because it seems like I thought voting was supposed to be free.
In order to have a place to vote, you have to have a place to live, which is a rental unit, which can be about $2000 a month or a house, which could be several 100 to several $1000. A month and both scenarios are paying to vote.”

“This place is very nasty rats destroyed my things I had stuff stolen out my unit an nothing has been done about it I believe someone who works for them stole my stuff out my unit”
“Ashley Alicea (facility manager) went above and beyond in many ways to ensure my needs were met without added stress. I utilized this facility to store my vehicle for over a year while I was overseas. The entire transaction from drop off to pick up was seamless. Initially I was going to pickup after hours due to my flight getting in late. Ms. Alicea graciously arranged to leave my key in a lockbox outside the facility so I would be able to pickup at my convenience. My travel plans fell through so I hired a car transport/shipping company. Ms. Alicea patiently worked with me for several days getting all the documentation in order for the shipment. She truly made the entire process very smooth and seamless. Finally, the shipping company notified her that they would be arriving after business hours on a Friday afternoon. Ms. Alicea once again went out of her way to stay late and wait for the shipping company to arrive outside of their business hours. Ms. Alicea did all of this while maintaining an extremely kind and professional demeanor. I highly recommend this facility. In today's world it's nearly impossible to find businesses and Managers who provide genuine caring and supportive customer support with a great attitude. Ms. Alicea at Climate Controlled Storage in Hinesville truly sets the bar for all other businesses to follow.”
“Loved the 26 footer, with lift gate. It was so clean and so much bigger than the competitions. I will always rent a Penske from now on. It only had 52,000 miles on it, again so much better than competitions where they have over a hundred thousand. The cab was clean and comfortable.”
