“Loved the 26 footer, with lift gate. It was so clean and so much bigger than the competitions. I will always rent a Penske from now on. It only had 52,000 miles on it, again so much better than competitions where they have over a hundred thousand. The cab was clean and comfortable.”
“I was upset when I came in so I didn’t get the sweet ladies name, but we reserved a 20 foot U-Haul three weeks ago on base to be picked up Saturday morning. We got a text today on Friday afternoon saying that we were gonna have to drive all the way to Pooler, which is 40+ minutes away in the wrong direction. It would put our move three hours back and we don’t have many days to move our whole house on our own when we called corporate, We got no help and the U-Haul representative on Fort Stewart was absolutely no help and very rude. I walked into the store and a sweet lady called corporate found us a 20 foot truck not even 20 minutes away from Fort Stewart and I could pick it up at 9 AM which is what we originally asked for. She listened to my concerns and why I was upset and helped us tremendously. Our move has been very stressful and she was the first person to go out of her way to help us, even though she was very busy herself alone in the store. I cannot No, go away tell you how much I appreciate that. I recommend leaving base and going to this U-Haul location 100%”
