I can never get anybody to answer a call.... Never known a bank that don't take calls (Hinesville, GA).

I normally come to cash my check every Friday good customer service always I came today to cash my check I get home to count my money and I received a half of a 20$ bill

It's really inconvenient that I have to schedule an appointment just to visit the bank. I moved from PA to GA and it's a big change - I didn't have to do that before. Not sure if it's a Southern thing, but it's a real hassle for customers!
