They are very clueless and no help at all. They’ll just recommend the 1-800 number for help or questions, they don’t know anything at all pertaining their job. All they know is pick up and drop off it’s sad actually. They also have no direct phone number.

This isn't about the store itself, but the company's automated system. I'm not a customer of this company. However my senior mother is. I live in a completely different state and was trying to pay the bill. This automated process is such a waste of time. It doesn't accept the information provided or it doesn't allow you to complete your information. Not to mention you will definitely not talk to a live representative. What a waste of time. My next move is to get her connected with another provider and drop this. I can't get to the local store because I live 16 hours away, and as I said she's a senior citizen with limited mobility. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Well the lady was nice and helpful, however I only have internet with so call data, for 96 bucs a month's this is outrageous, the service area keeps back up and slowing down, not good ,

I wish there was a lower number that I could provide this store and Xfinity as a whole. It is a shame that I have to call Xfinity and drive to store now 9 times to fix my home internet and mobile number. The team at the store are not knowledgeable with exception of may be the manager.I would love for the store area manager to contact me so that we can further discuss this matter.Do not waste your time going to this store. If you can do it waste your money with Xfinity.

We needed help with a mobile phone sim card locked problem, they gave us the wrong number to call. When we called it asked for our store number. I did get my Internet items turned in and my service cancelled.

Thank you Diane S. for your friendly service and assisting me. I had been giving the run around online and by phone for over 2 months but when I went into the office it wasn’t a hassle, I was greeted with a friendly hello how may I help you when I walked through the door and was giving great service I appreciate her going over and beyond to assist me instead of turning me around or just taking in my cameras and sending me on my way…Thank you ?

When I visited, I though I was in the wrong place. They way its set up looks more like a store. I received timely quality service when I was there. Polite,no hassles. I was happy with my visit.

Do not go here! I am 19 on my mothers account and living on my own. I tried to upgrade my phone and was told I had to have her present or she could make me an account manager. My mom lives 3 hours away, so my mom made me an account manager. Tried to purchase the new phone in store was told I had to order it , really annoying considering the phone I wanted was in store and she was already ringing me up. I decided it was fine to order it to my address, but then was told it had to go to the account owners address , AKA my moms address even though I DONT LIVE THERE . So annoying. Also the store doesn’t take cash…. Anyways I asked if I could just set up my own line at that point and they said I couldn’t because I didn’t have Wi-Fi through them. At that point I canceled my entire phone plan with Xfinity and went to T-Mobile which was 4 minutes away. T-mobile is the way to go they immediately got me my trade in and an amazing deal. Xfinity is very unprofessional and untrained. Don’t even consider it, it is cheap for a reason.

Internet goes out all of the time with no explanation. The last time I went to the office and nobody was there during business hours. It's like when the internet is down and there is no explanation there is nobody available to provide any clarity. I'm pretty understandable about service going down due to weather however for the internet to be down for days with Comcast not providing ANY information as to whats going on on projected timelines is unsatisfactory. I have been extremely unhappy with this service for 3 years. Let me remind you I pay over 200 dollars JUST for internet and it's not even the fasted service. As it stands my internet has been out for 3 days. Not a single explanation. The application provides little to no information. I"m frustrated because I want to get service with another provider immediately but it appears there are limited providers. I'm still looking.
