The absolute worst Geek Squad! The team here are lost, unprofessional, lack the knowledge of process and customer service. Just a bunch of kids there to make money, they are not there to help with your products.

I went to get a battery replaced for my iPhone 13 and the first time I went, an appointment had to be made for the next week. I said sure, that’s fine. I got there at my appointment time and suddenly now there’s no battery in stock for it, with a suggestion to go to Cumberland Mall in Atlanta or to come back next week. I live 30 minutes from Hiram and I can’t keep coming back and forth. Why not make sure the battery is in stock if they knew I was coming? It’s ridiculous.

I took my son’s gaming computer there to the one in Hiram. Told them that it was, “Blue screening” and they said they could fix it and they would call me when it’s ready. They never called, so after a few days I called them and they said yes it’s ready, did no one call you? I told the lady no, they didn’t. I go pick it up and they said that it was fixed. Time it home, hooked it up. My son want playing an hour and it started blue screening again. I called you there and complained and they had their manager call me back. She did apologize, and said that I could get a refund for the yearly agreement that I paid for. She told me that she would call me again to let me know that she was there and I never heard back from her. So I called back up there to soak with her about the refund and she never seems to be there. So be careful if you take a computer up there. Maybe look for another computer repair place first.
If you can’t fix something, then just let the customer know so they can find someone else, but don’t lie to the customers face and tell them that it’s fixed

I took in my outdated computer because the screen stopped working. The guy was nice and said that because it was an old windows that they dd not service it but gave me a referral. He also said that if I purchased the computer from Best Buy that they would transfer the data on my old computer to the new one for free.
Fast forward 2 weeks...I made my appointment to transfer my data. Online chat said that there would be a $99 fee. I explained what the guy said at Geek Squad and chat said that each store has their own policies and promos so it could be different but that's what the standard is.
I take it in and sure enough it cost me $99+ to just get my data transferred. Since I did not know of any other place nor had the time to start looking around I was stuck paying.
Geek Squad is a racket! They charge an tremendous amount of money for things that really are not difficult to do but because they know someone may not have the equipment to do - so they can charge. I wouldn't mind paying it if I had to. But, the main reason I bought the new computer was because the other guy told me that my data would be transferred for free.
BTW ...
1) When I did start to look around I found out NO OTHER place charges for data transfer if you bought the computer at their place.
2) My aunt who lives in Savannah pays for the GeekSquad year membership and has the similar problems with getting help there too.

Do not let them touch your car! I had a remote start installed in my car a few weeks ago. They did a bad job. The steering wheel seems to have been removed and put back on in such a way that now it scrapes the steering column when I turn and has become damaged. I can't unlock the door with my key fob anymore. I have to put the key in the key hole like it's the 80's. The car starts if I accidentally click my key fob twice when locking my doors. And worst of all is now my car doesn't even start consistently. I thought I was stranded at the gas station yesterday because my car wouldn't start again after I got gas. I kept trying over and over for about 8 or 9 times and then it finally started. I'm very upset because I've tried to call 5 times and speak to a manager but they won't get me to a manager and no manager will return my call. I guess I will have to just drive all the way to Hiram to request to speak to a manager in person to remedy this situation. I will update this review to at least post what they do to rectify this if someone there will contact me. So far I've only expected bad work and worse customer service from them. Do not trust these people with your car!

They were great. The cost hurt my pockets a little but was necessary. Took them 48 hours to get my tower up and running. It works great and the new remote job I wanted starts in a week.

When you absolutely need to look at an item in person, this is your place. The Xbox section was near empty. Luckily, I found the cable and charging batteries I need for my controllers. A woman started screaming at the Geek Squad on her way out. They continued to be professional and wish a nice day. Not even being sarcastic. Just staying calm. Checkout almost got this place another star taken away. One person doing both check out and in store pick up. Something went wrong with the in store pick up for a gentleman and a woman cut the line to ask for a protection plan after a purchase. Hunter saved the day. He answers everyone's questions, checked me out, and signed for his coworkers door dash. Decent experience. Would come back.

Best Buy is a great place to shop for anything BUT appliances! I don't have an issue Best Buy! I have an issue with the 3rd party delivery company they chose to use, CTSI! This is the company that came to my house and left all this in my hallway and office area 2 weeks ago! They said they'd come back that day. I haven't seen them since! I've scheduled 3 more times since January 2nd, but they seem to keep canceling in the system. I received a text on January 6th saying they were on their way, they never showed. I received a text 2 hours later saying they weren't coming. I called and asked about what happened and was told that the system said I wasn't home. The customer service agent knew something was going on because I'd receive my text at 11:57 saying they'd be at my house around 12:15. However, they had already put in the system that I wasn't home at 11:22am! Tried again on January 10th....shocker.... it was canceled, again! I called back the last lady put it in the system herself did a lot of apologizing. Nothing against her, but I've heard enough apologies at this point, I want things to get done! She set me up for Friday, January 13th. Hopefully, they'll actually provide the service they're hired to do!

This best buy is complete trash! Placed an order online for an 65" samsung tv. They gave me a open box and "stated the following " it doesnt have straps but its new. Get home and the tv is all out of its original wrap and no remote or legs in the box. I had to go to a different store to get a tv is what I was told due to no stock. Went to the new store and they notified me that the serial number on the box was different than the serial on the TV! So they made me go back to the original store and return for exchange . Had to go all the way back. Dont buy here. Douglasville advised that Hiram has alot of open boxes laying around. Sorry excuse of a store.

Store was clean and employees were very helpful. I was buying a sound bar and they told me the different options and what would work best within my price range 10/10 would recommend
