They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, made thoughtful adjustments, and ensured everything fit comfortably and functioned properly. I never felt out of place or like my request was a burden—instead, they were kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help.
It’s not easy to find a place that is both skilled and compassionate, especially when it comes to something a little outside the norm, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. “10/10!! I have done business with these people for years. They custom made my wedding and have done multiple jewelry repairs over the years. Today I actually took 3 vintage rings in to be sized. Dave had them ready in just a few hours and they look absolutely beautiful!!! Also, just a little piece of free info- I was quoted double the price at another local jewelry for the ring sizing and they said it would take 10-14 business days.
