The varied selection cover dogs, cats, birds, fish, amphibians, reptiles and several breeds of small animals like guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters and mice. They can shop online and pick up at a local store within two hours. Select store locations offer dog training, grooming, boarding, Doggie Day Camp and adoption. In Hiram the store is family and staff was very friendly. Classes helped first time dog mom and staff love big puppy. The store is clean and the animals and birds look healthy and well kept. They enjoyed pick up cat food for stray cats and they are going to get canary and aquarium food.
Everyone is super nice and helpful. Lauren is a wonderful trainer, with exceptional patience for the dogs and their owners. My pug gets excited about seeing her and everyone else there when she gets to go out.

I am always able to find what I am looking for at this location. It seems they have new management and the overall quality of the store and the customer experience has improved. I will continue to shop here because they have been friendly and helpful.

Life-changing results! We had an incredible experience working with Brianna. Our dog used to pull hard on the leash and jump on every guest, but after just a few sessions, the change is amazing. She taught us how to communicate clearly with our pet using kind, positive methods. Worth every single penny!
