“the best exotic pet store i’ve ever been to! i’m always a little cautious going to reptiles stores because husbandry practices are usually off, but exotic envy clearly cares for their animals and the care is top tier; pvc everywhere, bioactive enclosures, good size habitats, etc., definitely great to see. they also had so many unique and rare species you can’t find anywhere else (even at reptile expos)!! loved seeing their abronia :)”
“We have been sending our pup to romp n play for a few months, have also used their grooming services and just boarded our Boykin for the first time. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, facility is always neat and clean and our pup comes home tired!

“I stopped in here after getting my landlord’s dog’s nails trimmed and I’ve always wanted to come in here anyway. Such a great experience!!! Evan was fantastic-he deserves a raise!! He was knowledgeable about all of the products-I was very impressed!! Upon walking in, I was greeted by Evan & an older gentleman, the store is very clean, it was cool in there (because it’s very hot today) lol, and they have a huge inventory!! “I do not like some of the details on the new rewards program. I liked being able to see how many I had, exp date on them and then receiving reminders about expiring soon, etc. then I could use what I wanted when I wanted. Now they are clumped together with no exp. date listed so not something that can be tracked. Keep current program, BUT update with reminders about exp. date, etc. with an email if not within our account that we log into. Thanks!”

“The mobile pet clinic service is very easy & a great service. We got our dogs shots at the last min so that we could bore them. No muss or fuss. Get there early. The line can get long by the time they start the clinic hours.”
“I stopped in for one thing and one thing only the CBD PetRelief Dog Treats, which are by far the best CBD treats I've found. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful the cashier was. She knew exactly what I was looking for because she uses the same treats for her own dogs. She quickly showed me where they were and even took a few moments to love on my dog, which was such a nice touch.
I also really appreciated that this location was open until 8:00 PM instead of the usual 7:00 PM. I made it just before closing, which meant I could get the treats in time to help my dog before the Fourth of July fireworks.
It was a quick, friendly, and stress-free shopping experience. I'll definitely be back!”
