Excellent customer service. Went in this morning and was assisted by Erica Evans. Erica not only helped me with my initial inquiry but also suggested three other changes to my accounts to better help my money work for me. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very happy to banking with Truist.

The Tellers are very helpful! Loved how fast they took care of me, There was a long line & they were very polite/ Patient with customers that were not happy about it.

I was in the bank today and was able to witness Cason to be very gentle with customers. Mrs crystal figure things out for me in a situation to where no one else can figure out. Thank you Mrs Janice for helping out!
