“PNC bank has amazing rates on currency exchange if you are traveling out of the country and have an account, you are able to preorder bills. Their app is excellent and you can easily set up account reminders and notifications which work seamlessly between the app and online banking along with your email and cell phone. In addition, at the Hiram location -both Megan and Shanda are kind, supportive and knowledgable about all the account details and were able to suggest a new credit card (which I very rarely open new ones) with no fees and excellent benefits that I will now be using this card as my main card for purchases due to the rewards! I'm sure others at this location are also friendly based on my time at the branch and their interaction with each other. Thanks for your customer service!”
“I really like how I am treated at this bank and the fact that they have a program that gets high schools familiar with working and learning about banking early just makes it even better. I do think their mobile app needs some improvements and their ACH processing is a little slower than other banks but you can’t beat their customer service or community commitment.”

I went to get some information on CD accounts, and the BOA associate that helped me was AMAZING! I had my appointment set up with her a couple of days ago, and I thought it would be a routine basic information session. But it wasn't! Ms. YVETTE L. was personable and professional to the fullest. Our interaction really motivated me to learn more about my options and to really start somewhere with my finances and retirement plan. To start off my financial journey, I gladly opened a savings account to add to my existing checking accounts. Overall experience was a 10/10. Her score is a 100%.
