Bad business banking! Legal name change and they sent out WRONG DEBIT CARDS! Didn’t change the name on account etc. Spent an hour in there just to have to call corporate to correct their mistakes. Also, if you want a business banker be prepared to wait an hour or longer. And good luck getting anyone to answer the phones.

So glad that this is the only Truist around the area. So glad that the ATM wasn't working either. So glad I bank with Truist let me tell you.

I'm glad I'm not a member of this horrible bank. Their service is very slow because they lack employees. I'm back a month later paying a bill, and once again, terrible and slow service. I'll be canceling this card when it's paid off and if I could give a review of a 0, I would.

The SLOWEST, WORST customer service I've ever received at a Sun Trust/Truist branch. I waited almost 30 minutes to get to the counter to complete my transaction, and there were only 3 people ahead of me. Never going back to this location.

Megan Daniel is hands down the best employee this branch has. No one has ever went above and beyond to help me the way she did. She stayed on the phone for two hours trying to get a resolution for me and continued to help me. She needs a raise and recognition.

Horrible eversince the merge. Federal reserve gives 1-3 business days for checks to clear no matter the amount. $1.00 to $1M. BB&T would release next day. 10 yr old business client wants to now hold checks for 8-10 days. 1 word describes this merge greed. Their tactics are heartless. App goes down when you try to make a credit card payment. Yep next day late fee..although they control their platform. Crooks

I have called at least 30 times today to resolve my deposit issue where a clerk deposited my check into someone else’s account after telling me my account was closed! I’m very disappointed with the customer service team at this location.

I have never seen any bank that has a staff that is so incompetent than Truist Bank. Documents were sent and messages left for the claim department and no one would return a call. My insurance company is trying to pay off the loan and you would think someone there would do their job to get the money. It’s unbelievable. The first three way call with my insurance company and I were told they couldn’t give a 10 day guarantee letter. Which is very unusual. Then was told the process was 6 days and we heard nothing after that. The second three way call to truist two weeks later they say they have no records of our conversation. It’s excusable. So the process had to start all over. I don’t like getting angry with anyone but when you sit there and don’t do your job you need to get out of customer service and out of the position that affect peoples finances and lives. This is seriously neglect to your customers and is uncalled for.

Today would mark our 4th time attempting to meet with a banker. There is always an extremely long wait and no one is helpful or seems to address this issue.

Incredibly poor customer service, both in person and on line. Today's debacle was "invalid" notices sent to people indicating someone had accessed our accounts in the early morning hours. Later in the day Truist put a note on their website indicating it was a mistake. Of course that happened after all of the passwords were changed, after I turned off my debit card, and after I spent hours trying to reach their fraud department.

The worst bank. Can’t do anything for you and extremely rude. Making sure all of our accounts get closed and moved to a different bank.

I looked forward to opening a business account with your bank and had to visit a branch because i never received my card through mail. From the moment i walked into this branch i felt unwanted. No greeting to me as i walked in or stood in line. As i stood in line i looked at bankers and no one offered to assist. It took a white woman to walk in after me to get a banker to ask and greet if assistance was needed. I interjected in the exchange and said I do as i was sitting in line 5 minutes before she walked in. The banker then requested me to sit at there desk which was literally a feet away. I provided all information as requested and was told my account was flagged for fraud. No explanation and told to just call a number given to me on a sticky note. I decide to call the number and was transferred to a internal line and the rep explained they could not assist and would transfer me back to a que. Another rep answers asks for all my business information and tells me to hold but proceeds to hang up. I decide to call one more time and told i have to go into the branch i just left that just pushed me to call the customer service line. I request the rep to connect me to the branch manager and I am still in a limbo with 3 numbers that i am supposed to call to find out why you flagged my account fraud after approval. After this whole ordeal i decided to not open account with you all if simple questions cant be answered by anyone and if this is how you treat your clients.
