“I had to pop into this FedEx location to mail a package and outside of finding a parking space and dodging vehicles and people, the experience was stellar! This particular FedEx is located in the small, yet busy Woodstock Exchange complex located on 92 that also houses Firehouse, Moe's, WingStop, Leslie's Pool and a vape shop. Parking is a hot commodity here, especially around lunch time, as the three eateries next to FedEx eat up most of the spaces. In addition, the lot is small and narrow, so be careful when pulling in and out...folks ain't paying no attention! The interior of the store was well kept, organized and clean. It is spacious for a FedEx and has all the goods and services you would need including scanners, computers, printers, fax machines, packing station, etc...Additionally, they have a good selection of packages, packaging material, greeting cards, school and office supplies. Service was solid. When I walked in, I was greeted by two employees, one on the floor and the other behind the register. Justin is who assisted me with the shipment and he was friendly, helpful and an overall pleasure to interact with. Overall, when I am in need of a FedEx service, this will certainly be my go to location!”
“I walked in and heard a loud "Hello, welcome to FedEx!" from Joy. More than anything, she has such a big, wide, beaming smile...amazing to walk into at 930 in the morning. I was not aware that I had to print my label at home, so Joy said it wasn't a problem and that I could email it to her...and so I did. While I located and forwarded the email, I watched Joy service another customer with that same beautiful smile...it was so nice to see. You are a pleasure, Joy!I've not experienced any of the complaints that other patrons have noted in the reviews.”
