As someone who leaves Google reviews, I can honestly say this one deserves special recognition.
I had a last-minute project for a volleyball awards banquet, and of course, my home printer went down right when I needed it most. I had about four hours before the banquet started—with errands to run, a drive home to get ready, and then a trip to the venue. Stress was at an all-time high.
That’s when I met Araksia Karagyozyan at the OfficeMax in Roswell, GA. I had 40 unique player certificates that needed to be printed on special paper—each one different. I assumed this was going to be complicated and time-consuming.
But Araksia immediately took charge with calm confidence. She offered a quick solution, asked me to send each certificate directly to her, and reassured me she could handle it. Even while helping other customers, she stayed patient, professional, and laser-focused.
