“The proprietor was helpful, efficient, and no-nonsense. Checkout and check in were both quick & easy and he had the necessary adapters for my truck's electrical system available. It was also nice that this location was open for a small window on Sunday so I could return the trailer as soon as I was done. All in all, an A+ experience.”

“The milage is a freaking joke. Uhaul gave me 40 miles for 2 days. It was 24 miles just to be able to get a truck picked up and then it was bigger than we wanted or needed. Uhaul do better. However, Davis Auto Care your JD is awesome! Very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Give him a raise or a bonus he is worth it! We'll be back but probably not for uhaul services. “The location in Dacula provided a great friendly service. Equipment was available, functioning and clean. A very convenient location but the Uhaul online app is horrible and difficult to use. UHAUL must look into serious improving the checkin process. It looks and feels very half heartedly designed and causes customer an unneccessary grief. Its unintuitive, slow, and confusing”

“I’ve been renting with Chateau Storage for nearly 6 years. The facility itself is so well managed, very secure, and I never once had any issues. On top of a wonderful facility, the employees/staff have always been professional, kind, and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Always very friendly and available, which is a huge plus. I moved out of my storage unit today, but in the future should I need storage again, I will absolutely be coming back to Chateau Storage.”
