No issues with products. A little slow when picking up meds. My issue is ... THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! You have practically ZERO chance of talking to a human being by phone in the pharmacy. I'm looking at taking my business elsewhere.
Very bad experience for my wife today, she called in advance and the prescription was not ready as they said, and it took about half hour to prepare it. It was given after different reminders, very bad, my wife waiting with the baby in arms and an old woman was in the same situation
Today, 1/19/23 nobody in the pharmacy will answer the phone. Would you rather have an upset customer on the phone, or in person?? Seriously, if you don't answer the phone we must come in person and that causes stress, hence the attitude. Got it?? Changing pharmacy to Publix.
