“I had a rocky start with these guys, was hard to get in with the customer service team and the owner, but once I did they made sure everything was right. I believe they were getting false info from a company they use called “route”. The owner seemed a bit catty and would only project his side so you could never get to the actual problem. I had a online order that was taking forever to go through because of me and my not so computer savoyness and even though it was almost closing time and there was other people n the store, Jacob and Elijah took turns on helping me get my order complete while still helping the other customers and restocking the store. Both were very patient, very polite, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and also very hard workers. It's wonderful to see two young men taking pride n their work and going the extra mile to make everyone who walks n that door feel wanted and respected. Thank u guys !! Keep up n the great work !! “My car had a bad encounter with a limb ( :( ) that did some pretty bad damage. I did my homework on local body shops and R&R had nothing but glowing reviews. Now I know why! They are the most professional, friendly folks that truly know how to make the customer comfortable and assured they will do everything to get your car back to it's original, dent-free shiny, happy state. Best feeling ever to feel comfortable leaving your car in the hands of these folks knowing you will be thankful you found them.
At this point I've got to recommend EVERYONE from the management to office staff to those that came in contact with my car. When I picked it up I was totally the happiest person ever. They not only made everything right, but went out of their way to repair it without having to replace the entire quarter panel. (I think they're magicians as well as body shop aficionados!)
My hope is that anyone who needs a body shop will give this local business the opportunity to make you a VERY satisfied customer as well.”
