“We came down for the weekend to stay in a cabin. Had a flat tire tried to get a ride up to the Ace Hardware, but was unable to. I called and explained the situation to Greg paid for what we needed over the phone to fix our flat tire and Greg delivered it to the cabin for us after business hours. So in my opinion, Greg went above and beyond and possibly out of his way to help us and we greatly appreciate it.”
“I'm always dropping by this store. It's a seasonal purchase location for me. You know... potted flowers for each season, lawn stuff for summer, paints for spring (for some reason I'm always painting something in Spring), and of course Christmas lights and gifts for dad and nephew!!!! This location has good folks up front on registers. If the self scan are the only thing open these nice folks will help you ring everything up and doesn't take forever to checkout. Good customer service move that I appreciate”
“Had the greatest experience this afternoon at the Jasper Home Depot. I needed a stair stringer and picked up one of the precut ones. As I was leaving Scott M in lumber said hold up. He pulled his tape out and compared to the old one I brought in and it wouldn’t work. Scott M, (wished I could remember his last name) got me a raw 2x10 and with his square traced out what I needed. Great guy and really appreciated him going above and beyond.”

“I called about ten other auto shops today, everyone was happy to bring me in and give me a scan but couldn't start working on my truck until at least tomorrow. Brock was the only one that promised he could get me in and start work TODAY. I dropped my truck off this morning and had it back within two hours - working perfectly again. Never tried to upsell me on any fancy stuff, just fixed what was broken and got me on my way fast and effectively.”
