This local post office is highly recommended, with great and awesome customer service. The people try to accommodate everyone and are very helpful. Packages are handled without problem, and issues like a lost package are resolved promptly and personally. Customers are thankful for the service. It is a great postal service for sending and receiving mail and packages.

Very disappointing customer service. I was asking simple questions and was met with snarky responses. When I handed Jennifer my package, she said, “If you could put it on the scale you’d be helpful,” which came across as rude and unprofessional. A little kindness and patience would have made a big difference.

Since moving to Jefferson. I've been very disappointed in the postal service here. Mail is constantly being mixed up and missing. Wish they would improve on this.

We absolutely have the BEST mail carrier Karen, she always puts our packages in the box we have for bigger mail. If something is wrong she'll let us know, she truly goes above and beyond for us.
