We were met with incredibly friendly and kind service. They offer a huge variety of bikes, and we particularly enjoyed our amazing time on the Surrey rental. Definitely recommend!

Circumstances had us needing to visit all 3 bike rental places on the island today. We had an issue at the first two we visited. Finally, when we arrived at Beachside rentals, Leslie and team not only treated us so kindly, but took care of the problems from the two previous places! She cared so much about giving her customer such a good experience, she corrected issues that were not her's to correct only because the customer in front of her had a bad experience before arriving to her. Leslie and her team deserve all the business they get because it is earned. She truly understands customer service. Thank you, Leslie, for making our day very special today.

Great selection of bikes and friendly service. We rented cruisers for the day and rode all along the river trail. Helmets were included too, which was a plus.

We walked up to this bike rental shop with an E bike of our own that we were having issues with. The staff was so friendly and helpful, had the right tools and assisted us to get the bike back rolling for the week. So helpful!

Stopped here to rent a bike at a reasonable amount. But to my dismay you can't go on the beach with them. No Worries staff friendly and courteous.

Great place to rent from. Friendly folks to deal with and very reasonable rates. If I'm in the area, I will definitely rent from them again. And everyone needs to rent a bike. Great riding for family experience and novice riders. Bike paths are great. This should be your go to place for a bike rental.

We had an amazing experience with Leslie at Beachside Bike Rentals. She delivered our bikes and made sure the bikes were comfortable for us before she left. I had contacted her several times during the week trying to figure out the logistics and was kind and helpful EVERY time! Such a pleasure working with her. We will always use this business when we visit Jekyll! Thanks, Leslie for all your help! We had so much fun.

Such a great place! Owner and employees are amazing and so very friendly! Bikes are in excellent condition and ride so great! They offer baskets and bags to hold your belongings. Best place around, we go here every time we are on Jekyll!

We have been renting here for years. They are always kind and reasonably priced. The bike seats are comfy and they give you a basket for your stuff :)
