Lovely unassuming hotel from the outside, and it is beautiful and relaxing once inside. Easy parking, great dining, and pool areas. Loved the spacious king suite... would absolutely visit this location again. Using my Amex Gold card benefits, we secured a delicious breakfast each morning from the menu, $100 hotel credit, and a room upgrade. Food took a little long to arrive, but you could see it was freshly prepared each time and delicious. The only area of improvement I would recommend is the shower in the bathroom... the head needs changing abs looked old, and the floor tiles also need refreshing. My husband thinks the tiles were repainted, I'm not sure... but they took away from the overall beautiful room. I am looking forward to seeing that simple upgrade in the future. Lovely location, lovely hotel.Nearby activities: Little tourist shops within walking distance and some other dining options. A gas station with a Dairy Queen attached is also within walking distance but also great for filling your tank before leaving the island. A short drive to mini golf and pizza, and other historical sites around that are easy to drive too. Nice to park the car and use a bicycle.

We didn't actually stay at the Beach Club.We just parked there in the public parking lot to walk on the beach. Some of the pictures are near the Beach Club. You have to pay a $10 entrance fee just to get on the island. The island is beautiful and we plan on going back to camp in the campground on the island so we can see more of it.Nearby activities: Just alot beauty and parks to walk in other than the beach.

We went to brunch on Christmas day and it was fabulous. Since we stayed elsewhere, I cannot comment on the rooms, but the common spaces were stunning, elegant, comfortably furnished, and welcoming. We found the staff courteous and welcoming as well. Looks like it would be a nice play to stay.

The Ocean Club is absolutely breathtaking. The staff are exceptional and the food is absolutely amazing southern coastal eating! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a low key Georgia barrier island beach experience - Alisa and Riley were amazing!

This is a wonderful location for a quiet getaway! My husband and I found it incredibly relaxing. We booked a bed and breakfast package, which garnered us a huge room with a huge balcony. I still cannot get over how beautiful and well preserved Jekyll is. Be aware that it’s quite dark at night to protect sea turtles, but it makes for great stargazing!

I always enjoy visiting Jekyll Island especially during the off-season. I love the vibe and the Beach Village. The Wee Pub is perfect. Best breakfast is at the Sunset Grille. Very relaxing, even though I was there for a conference. Great conference venue.

A sensational blend of a casual ambiance with enough sophistication to make you feel special! Rooms with a view provide a wonderful setting for sunrise shows each morning. The restaurant is elegant. Bikes are available right on property and worth every moment of your time because the island is super bike-friendly, offering the ideal way to see the many sights. Don't miss Driftwood Beach!!!

Overall a great, cozy experience. We went in late October during the week, so we had many of the facilities to ourselves. The food was good, the pool was great for relaxing including the hot tub. The room was perfect for what we needed (and had additional amenities that were great but we didn't end up utilizing such as in-room food, beverages, and some other souvenirs). The staff was very friendly, and we would absolutely choose to stay here if we come back to Jekyll Island. I will say, though, that the staff at the sister property (Jekyll Island Club) were less friendly, so I would recommend staying at the Jekyll Ocean Club over the Jekyll Island Club.
