Boutique lodging with a great location across from the Lighthouse and walking distance to restaurants, the beach and shopping. Breakfast is a continental style offering but the space can be crowded.

Filthy and moldy. Nothing was updated. Parking was tight at best. Few healthy selections at breakfast. Numerous cigarette butts and a lot of trash around the outside of the open, one-level parking deck. I was highly disappointed and will not return. If you are a person with asthma, allergies or respiratory issues, I’d look elsewhere or at least not stay in room 200. Rooms belong to different owners who decorate their rooms. Evidently they are not held to very high standards. Lastly, I seldom do reviews unless they are going to be excellent. I felt the need to let others know that my stay at this hotel had made my visit to SSI far less than stellar.

The site never stated a $20.00 fee and when we arrived the staff couldn't explain what it was for. Also other fees not explainable. Not a good experience when you're not expecting more then the
$104.00 room rate with taxes and you're charged $44.00 more.
Mold on the ceiling in more than one stop. Tv size was about 24 inch with a 16 inch screen. Tiles have cracks in multiple places.

Rooms nicely furnished, could use some better cleaning. Good location near the pier, parking can be challenging tight quarters.

Was like staying with family. Friendly staff. Room was not typical motel... It had character. Coffee maker/machine was great! Location was within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Great memories made with family. Will definitely return and suggest to friends/family. Hidden gem!

We loved our trip and stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I mean… all the staff! We met our mom here because it had easy access to restaurants, the pier and restaurants. She can’t travel far and loves the ocean.
We loved being able to walk to shops, a public beach and restaurants… and feeling safe.
The drive to things was super easy for my mom.
The manager is amazing making you feel welcome and asks for feedback to improve.
The most amazing/fun/refreshing thing is that every room is different.
We can’t wait to visit again soon!!

Our room was very clean, beautiful and very unique. Lobby and the hallways had a funk and the pool was green and out of service but the room is totally was worth it!
