Outstanding place. I had issues ordering room service for food as I could never get connected to the restaurant or front desk for 3 of the 4 days i stayed. A bit disappointed with that but overall, great check in, great house keeping, and the hostess that checked me in was so professional and helpful.Rooms: Clean, soft pillows, and great accommodations.Nearby activities: Great things in walking distance.Walkability: The beach, the convention center, food, market

We enjoyed our trip to this property. We came over a busy winter weekend. The hotel was sold out but it didn’t seem or feel overcrowded. This is a SUPER dog friendly hotel. It’s directly on the ocean. The hotel could use a refresh as it’s rather worn, particularly the rooms. For the area though it’s a good option. The staff here is very friendly. The third and fourth floors we stayed on did have a rather foul order though.Rooms: Need updating, rather worn but still very functional and comfortable.Nearby activities: Plenty of outdoor activities around…wet weather can be a drag.Walkability: Plenty of walking paths & a located in the middle of a “village” areaFood & drinks: There’s a few restaurants around just outside the property, literally outside

Great location next to shops and restaurants. Very centrally located on Jekyll. Rooms were lovely and the gym was nice. The Starbucks was great too.

Called THREE times to ask if they offered a government rate for a business trip. The first time, I was hung up on by the male who answered. After calling back and dealing with the automated process again, “Steve” transferred me back to the automated line while I was mid sentence. The automated line asked me for a confirmation number, which I clearly didn’t have yet. I called back a 3rd time & “Steve” transferred me again. Absolutely unprofessional. Moving on to a resort with better customer service.

Right on the beach, in the heart of Jekyll. Everything is walking distance. Not sure why no microwaves on rooms but the beachfront balcony view is stunning. Gorgeous hotel.

My wife and I stopped at the Westin for lunch at The Reserve (hotel restaurant). The bar was closed. However, we had a marvelous lunch, the chicken and sausage soup was delicious. A special thanks to Edwin our server, he was wonderful.

NYE at The Westin Jekyll Island was great. Discount on rooms when you buy the NYE ticket. Super nice room with great Ocean and Sunset view. The Party was awesome. Two Bands beginning at 7pm with open bar and delicious apps (3 bars and 2 food tables).

Couldn't ask for a better location and it's a lovely hotel to boot. Especially love that's it's dog friendly.

I travel for a living, and this hotel knows how to treat a traveler. The lobby is open and inviting, in the office season there were two desks open. I was greeted like a long time friend. I first about food and drinks, she told me I would be taking care of in Harry's lounge. Harry's did not disappoint, the cocktails were on point. The dinner recommendations were spot on, thank you to the staff at Harry's! I asked about the island and was given great advice, on where and how to tour the island. The stay at the Westin on Jekyll Island made me feel like a traveler should. Thank you to everyone who works at this establishment, you folks are the best!Rooms: The fourth floor king suite was spacious and provided an amazing view of the ocean. I had coffee on the massive balcony as the sun rose and the waves sang.Safety: You cannot find a safer place to stay and enjoy a vacation with your friends and family.Walkability: This island is a super walkable quaint "village". I did not partake but there were at least a dozen bikes available for visitors. There is a shuttle to take you where you want to go around the island.Food & drinks: I was welcomed at the bar even though I did not have a reservation. The bartender knew all of the right questions to ask and made perfect cocktails. He had great recommendations for dinner at night, and I never had to leave the hotel. This hotel is the total package if you desire comfort and an amazing vacation.
