However, some customers have experienced issues, such as inaccurate price sheets at checkout and a need for better training for some supervisors. Despite these minor challenges, Walmart Supercenter is known for its commitment to customer service, as demonstrated by the professional and ethical response to a customer's oil change problem, where the manager and technician followed up to ensure the issue was resolved.
Store isles very crowded with items all over the floor. Shelves were not stocked. The garden center is unshoppable as this is where pick up carts are lined up and blocking shelves. Some of the employees were rude but our cashier was very nice and pleasant hence the 3 stars.
