“Oil change gone wrong. Old gasket somehow stayed on the new filter and most of the new oil leaked out later in the day. Manager Warren stayed in touch and the technician Curtis checked on my vehicle by calling and following up. Walmart stepped up to the plate and did right by me. Mistakes happen, people, nobody's perfect. Ethical people did the right thing and they were very professional.”
