I am an African American women that was at the self checkout lane when a front end person was way in the aisles behind the registers when I began to ring up my items she comes running up to the area and says I got this one to the other person standing at the front which the other person who was already up there was walking back and forth... the person who ran from the aisles stood right in front of my register and watched me the entire time.... when I was finished she walks back to where she was..... I felt very offended and I will not return to this walmart ever again

I am very upset and feel deeply offended by some front end manager named rouanda. It takes a lot to get me upset but I do have one pressure point when someone disrespects/racially profiles my family when are people going to learn then the color of your skin doesn’t mean your a thief like this white lady that’s a manager came over and immediately implied. I mean do I have to sue for justice. I expect to be contacted very shortly to be let know that she has been taken care of and an apology otherwise I’ll consider it as if all of Walmart. Stores feel that this is appropriate behavior for your employees to be racially biased so yall chose I’ll wait.

This is the worst walmart in America! The employees are rude! Most importantly they are MIXING CHEMICALS TO CLEAN! I WAS THERE TODAY 6/5/24 REPORTED THE BREATHTAKING SMELL IN THE HOME AND PHARMACY ENTERANCE AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING. THE SMELL IS SO STRONG I IMMEDIATELY FELT LIKE I WAS GOING TO THROW UP AND PASS OUT! ITS RUBBING ALCOHOL AND SOMETHING I CANT PUT MY FINGER ON! MY HEAD HURTS NOW AND I STILL FEEL NAUSEATED! I CALLED TO MALE SURE A MANAGER WAS AWARE AND NO ONE WILL ANWER THE PHONE IN ANY DEPARTMENT! SOMEONE IS GOING TO HURT!! IT NEEDS TO BE AIRED OUT!!!

The lady working in the electronics section was super nice today. My husband was waiting for us to get out of the bathroom and she thought he was waiting on him so she checked on him. I thought that was a very good customer service person. It’s not like we knew the person either.

The elderly are very disregarded at this location. I was told last week by a team lead that my grand mother needs to let her know that she shouldn't pack 6 bottles of 1 litter water into one bag. Mind you she had done this with 4 bags. As if an elderly lady with a cane can carry these bags. Me being 30 years old would still struggle carrying that. Another day my grandmother told them she is legally blind and can't see if she's scanning in the items at self check out and would prefer the ring her. They told her no to ring her own items ad bring the suspended receipt to the at customer service to finish checking her out if she can't see. It's very sad watch the people who built this community now be thrown to the side like garbage.

Worst Walmart in se ga. Very little handicap parking, only stock whatever they want not what the customer wants, people pushing carts filling orders clog up the isles, and they have the cheapest bags of any store around I started going to other stores more and more, all they care about is the not the customers.
