Update 11/15/25 - team members seem to be taking guests for granted. I waited patiently for a pickup for more than 15 minutes with no response or acknowledgment since there were other guests waiting as well. There is no order near guest services. The girl who went to get my pickup was told to get 3 more through walkie. That’s fine. But when I asked to speak to a TL or ETL, I was brushed aside.

“We haven’t even received our furniture yet, but I am reviewing on the customer service because of how impressive it was. We looked around a few years ago but couldn’t wait for the lead times during covid so impulse purchased elsewhere. Came back today because my husband was impressed years ago with their customer service and Jacob remembered us. He was patient, answered all of our questions and didn’t just try to sell us the most expensive thing in the showroom. I can’t wait to get our new patio dining set !”
