“We've been using Pride for years and they've always been good. I have a doll that got in 1978 and decided the dress could stand to be cleaned. It has some red velvet trim so I couldn't just soak it in Oxcyclean or handwash with Woolite. So I took it to the cleaners. He said it was their first doll dress. During the cleaning process he said he put it in the protective bags they use for wedding dresses so he had this giant bag with this little bitty dress. The dress came out great.”

“I actually have a washer and dryer at home but when I have alot of dirty clothes, I prefer to go to the LaundryLab in Lilburn. It's clean and fast and they have a drink machine. But I really love the machine that gives me the change I need for the machines!”

“I washed and dried my clothes here today. I only had 2 large loads which cost 9.25 each and two small loads at 5.25 each. They washed the clothes well but the dryers leave a lot to be desired. I had my clothes in for 36 minutes 2-16 minute intervals and my clothes were still very damp. I probably should have separated the clothes and made smaller loads but the rest of the dryers were taken and I didn’t feel like waiting. I’ll be buying another washer and dryer for my house today.”

“I cannot recommend this business enough. I was in a high-stress situation with a damaged tuxedo and a very tight deadline. The owner went completely above and beyond—not only did he rush my garment to have it ready 2 hours early so I could assess a repair, but he took the time to 'talk me off the ledge.' He gave me an honest, professional perspective on industry standards for formalwear repairs that helped me make a clear decision. It is rare to find an owner who cares this much about his customers' peace of mind.”

“Great service and vibe! I came for the first time on a Saturday and the owner Gilbert was very kind and immediately helpful with the atm and one of the machines. He even thanked me for coming in before I left for the day. The gas station next store makes it very convenient to grab a drink too, don’t forget to give a fist bump on your way in and out! I had no problem finding available washers and dryers, there are plenty of available clean carts, and there’s a general nice community vibe. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Customer service is awesome! One day I took my tuxedo in for pressing and was about to walk out when I was told if you wait a few minutes we can do it now. They did! Amazing service! Today, I picked up my clothes that had been dry cleaned and after the owner put the clothes in my car, I told him that I left my wallet at home and I would be right back. The owner said no problem. I left with the clothes in my car and returned with the payment. What trust!!”
