I can honestly say that if we EVER need furniture or recommend a furniture place, this will be it. Here is why...When we entered the store we were approached by a friendly face with a genuine smile (Mo). Mo did not try to make a sell, instead, he really seemed to care about our needs. He spent time telling us about the couches (the good and the bad), and he helped us find a couch and a rug that matched our needs and finances. Speaking of finances, their furniture is priced at a very reasonable price, especially for good quality furniture. I recommend this place.I have zero relation to this store or anybody working at said place. This is my honest experience. Go check them out and see for yourself!”

“We purchased a mattress on 1/15/2024 from this location. Elizabeth was our sleep expert. She was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. There were issues when our mattress was delivered, and we needed to return it and get a replacement. Elizabeth did an excellent job of going above and beyond to correct our issue and deliver a new mattress as soon as possible. This could have been a horrible experience, but Elizabeth ensured we were cared for. Thank you, Elizabeth, for restoring my faith in customer service.”

“After visiting 2 other mattress stores and both my wife and I were always leaning back to the same make and model.Upon arriving to Mattress USA we were entertained by Marshal and treated well by the rest of the folks there.Marshal has a good sales persona and it was appealing to us. However, I didn't come to be entertained and not get a good deal.I knew what was offered at the other stores and I let them know after their offer was indeed lower, there were side items that appealed to me with the large name store down the street.Being upfront is my way of doing business.They seemed to appreciate the up front nature and gave me the full deal I asked for.I believe both of us were satisfied when all was said and done.They also went the extra TWO miles (not just one).The bed is in it's breaking in period for us and as for myself it is comfortable from the start. My wife will have to wear it in a little longer as she is smaller.Bottom line, if you're reasonable with these folks, they will treat you very well.Thank you again Marshall and Guy and the young lady who's name I never got.Mr. Manning”

My husband and I have had a sleep number for several years and love it so when my mother-in-love said she needed a new bed we knew exactly where to take her! She has suffered with debilitating pain due to some medical issues and doesn't sleep very well at night because of this. When she laid on the bed in the store she was amazed at how quickly her joint pain subsided. Candace helped her every step of the way to find the perfect mattress and base.
