“Man this is probably one of the best stores in the area the customer service is always amazing and welcoming. They do not miss! They never leave you to just wander around the store they always come up and ask if you need any help finding anything or just need some advice which is very helpful. And very much appreciated to jorge everytime i go in he’s there to help, best guy there! It’s gotten to the point where as soon as i get there i always ask if he’s working that day!? Very clean and professional look to him too!”
“The service provided in store is exceptional. The sales associates are knowledgeable and very service oriented. I visited several times trying to decide on color selection and every time I was promptly greeted and assisted in a very friendly and helpful manner. The store is also very clean and well organized. I highly recommend this location.”
“I had such an outstanding experience at my local Ace Hardware in Chamblee that I felt compelled to share. The customer service, from Brian and the team is truly next level—every team member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t just point me in the right direction—they took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I left with the right solution. It’s rare to find that level of care and patience these days. They absolutely go above and beyond for their customers and other local businesses and it shows in every interaction. In my opinion, this is how customer service *should* be—professional, attentive, and truly invested in helping people. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming place with top-tier service. I’ll definitely be back for all my local needs.”
“Absolutely the best customer service I've had in a while. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my repair. The whole staff is attentive and nice. Very refreshing!”
“I’ve had the good fortune of buying paint from the Inside Out Benjamin Moore paint stores for many years and always appreciated their help and guidance. As I’m planning to refinish some outdated elements in my father’s home during a rather rushed timeline, their level of service shined. From efficient advice in planning the project over the telephone to nailing down the paint, product type, sheen and so on, to scheduling pickup, they didn’t miss a beat. Andrew called me in follow up to planning, having looked at pictures and advising on everything. He optimized my time, was decisive about advice while listening and digesting my thoughts; he knew what he was talking about and could quickly and concisely explain why. John, the owner, is always available to advise as well. He genuinely cares about his customers; even small jobs are considered important… it’s not the $s or the size of a job that seem important as he takes time to listen, educate and advise. I’m confident he’s motivated to make his customers reach the best result possible as if each project’s success is an extension of his own. It’s such a unique attribute rarely seen these days.”
“The store in Grayson didn't have the color we wanted so the guy referred us to the Norcross location, the associates seems very knowledgeable about the surface and combinations most suitedfor them. Offered many suggestions which helped us to choose wisely. Recommended”
“I did the paper mache pumpkin class, and had a blast. It's such a fun experience and you end up with a unique and cool decoration that's way cooler than the stuff you normally see in stores. I would totally do more classes with Denise. It was a great price for the all that we got. I highly recommend taking a class with her.”
“First, they have more varieties of hardware such as nail anchors. Second, they are very honest. Even on the shelf, those BBQ sources were not on sales. But they only charged me the discounted prices.”
“Remind me of Ace Hardware's from the past. Very helpful staff. I go there all the time when I'm working in the area. Much more convenient than Home Depot that's for sure and their prices are remarkably similar”
“During my first visit to this location, I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service provided by the manager, Maggie. Not only did she greet me with a warm and friendly smile, but she also took the time to educate me on the differences between various products. Her knowledge and expertise were evident as she patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with valuable information that helped me make an informed decision on my purchase. Maggie's enthusiasm and passion for her job were truly commendable, and it made my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. I left the store feeling grateful for her assistance and excited about trying out the products she recommended. Thanks to Maggie, I not only found what I was looking for but also gained valuable knowledge that I will carry with me for future purchases. Overall, my first visit to this location was a fantastic experience, thanks to Maggie's excellent customer service.”

“it is always a pleasure shopping at this paint store whenever possible I like to support locally owned. Businesses and Sunset paint has supported me in my business every step of the way, their pain truly is far superior to the bigger brands and worth every penny especially for exterior painting projects as that is the number one product we recommend so that way you extend a life and protection of what your houses exterior.”
“Awesome service from the lady working the front desk. I came in and it's like she knew exactly what I wanted. Then, she matched and mixed my paint color perfectly, and in the right size I needed! Amazing. I went to another location recently and the service just wasn't the same. I had to leave a review about how great this service was. I wish I remembered her name!”
“Came to the store looking for something to assist me in my caulking. The associate, Daniel, was very helpful in listening to my needs and recommending me a variety of tools to help me with my caulking business. He lead me right to The Caulking Finger, the absolute perfect tool that I never knew I needed. Never again will I use my own finger to caulk with when I can use my new Caulking Finger!”
“Great location! Brandon was super helpful as we selected paint colors for our baby girl's nursery and he helped us revive some old paint that the previous owners of our home left for us.”
“Came to the store today and was delightfully surprised of all the gift items they’re selling In addition to the hardware items. I found several unique things to buy!!! Also, I want to give a shout out to one of the employees who helped me with filling a couple of propane tanks for me! His name is Ryan! Such a helpful and friendly employee! Five stars!!!”
“Ciara the manager is fabulous as are her coworkers,Genesis and Andrew. They are kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. I have been in the store personally 10 times over the last few days and watched all of them handle customers under extremely busy circumstances and times. They stayed calm sweet and tried to accommodate everyone quickly and efficiently. If I had a business, I would try to hire them away from you. We are thrilled to have a Sherwin-Williams store in Dunwoody with employees at top notch caliber.”

We will definitely make this our Sherwin Williams store.”

I will definitely be returning to this location in the future for her service and great products! Can't wait to start spraying.”
“Ollie and his coworker were fantastic at helping us work around paint shortages and also caught a potential mistake in our square footage calculation that would cost so much extra money! Great job?”
“Alex was incredible! I came in looking for outdoor paint colors, and he didn’t just put together one palette he created three different options and even offered to do more. He also took the time to give me two brochures, which was super helpful. We purchase all of our paint from SW since we do a lot of rehabs, and this was hands down the best experience we’ve had so far. Thank you, Alex!”
“I came into the store to purchase a quart of paint for a small project. The store manager Aldo helped me pick the best quality paint for my project at a reasonable cost and provided exceptional customer service. Definitely will come back for my paint needs.”
