Jill is an EXCEPTIONAL Vet Tech that has been an integral part of caring for my girls. She is attentive and makes sure my girls are always taken care of and that I have all of my questions answered. Dr. Johansen is an EXCEPTIONAL vet who took my concerns seriously and helped my dogs through very difficult illnesses and scary moments, and helped us through the unexpected loss of another animal. This is such a dynamic duo and you cannot go wrong with coming to see them!

We rarely have difficulty getting in, but, when busy, they work hard at working us in, and when we've had an emergency (thankfully very rarely), they have taken care of our family as well! They are the best vet!

10030 Medlock Bridge Rd, Johns CreekI brought my girlfriend’s dog in yesterday morning and really just had a phenomenal experience with each of the staff members I interacted with. From Karen, the receptionist, to Dr. Adams, and the other staff members who I interacted with and didn’t get the names of, everybody was so accommodating and helpful towards me.
Dr. Adams explained everything she told me regarding Honey, the dog, multiple times so that I could relay the information back to my girlfriend while she was at work. Dr. Adams also offered to write up a detailed email breaking down the whole visit to send to her. Karen was very helpful to me as well, offering cleaning supplies to bring out to my car after Homey had an unfortunate accident on the way over. The vet tech was also very kind, although I never got her name.
The staff was also very understanding of our budget, and did everything in their power to limit the amount of money we spent on this visit, which is much appreciated! Thank you to everybody at Ivy Hill Animal Hospital for your amazing work and customer service yesterday!

From the moment the phone was answered I was impressed with the courtesy and information I was given. Dr. Schick talked about what would go on during the procedure. Knowing that she has had special training and great results calmed my fears. Her assistant, Jennifer, was also very knowledgeable and went through all the information they would need before the procedure. They kept me informed throughout the time my cat was there, even sent pictures of him in his "condo" while he was there afterwards to make sure everything went well. I can't say enough great things about the Dr. and staff at this location!!

My husband and I were out of town for our wedding, and the workers were kind, attentive, and showed our fur baby so much love while we were away. We got our baby a room with a window, and we loved watching her look outside on the video surveillance feature they provide. 10/10 recommend you boarding your cat here!

He can recognize the place as soon as we turn in. The staff truly are dog lovers and great him each day with excitement. He has been reluctant to go to other puppy daycare, but that is never the case with puppy haven. Each day he comes back happy and exhausted from playing all day. We highly recommend puppy haven johns creek if you are looking for exceptional doggy daycare!

Let me tell you that I have been daydreaming about it ever since! The large veggie platter was HEAVEN! The injera was perfection! The lentil sambusas were crispy and the dipping sauce paired very well. I will be back again tomorrow. I’ve had Ethiopian food before, but this place is special! 10/10

He picked the perfect hot tea and even turned off the ceiling fan. I let him roll the dice on my 3 breakfast options and the apple/brie/chicken wrap was a smash! Very attentive, knowledgeable and patient. The host was very kind and the food runner was very impressive!
