The store is enormous and, quickly, someone came up and helped me find things I was looking for. She was able to quickly locate the stuff and make suggestions about what were better choices for me.
I don't know that I've ever seen so much dog food such wide variety in specificity. Not only did they have the dog food I was looking for which is not easy to find, they also had it in more choices by age, breed and activity level. I found a new type that's more specific to my dog in the brand I like.
Also I found a little gadget for my dog leash. I've been looking for something that would carry bags so that I don't forget them when I leave. This little gadget also has a flashlight, a chain for a key and is USB rechargeable. Also, it clips snuggly against the leash so it doesn't dangle around while I'm walking.
This is worth going a bit out of the way.

I brought in my Australian Shepherd for a deshedding service. A few days later he started coughing. I alerted Petbar in case there were any other coughs reported. I was contacted immediately by the owner Marie to address my concerns. She was amazing! She patiently listened and took time explaining their cleaning processes, isolation of dogs etc. I was happy to report back to her my dog was negative for any viruses. It was most likely an allergy. Marie still followed up and made sure Kona was doing well and noted in his chart not to use any fragrances. I was left with a feeling of pride in her business, confidence in her staff and care for our pets. I have an appointment for both shepherds this week. Happy to have found a home at Petbar in Roswell.

I am very picky with who I pick, but Ken had excellent reviews, and I felt good about it. And I was right. He was AMAZING and so sweet. I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs there. He made me feel at ease and I can tell he was gentle with all of the dogs there. He just has a gentle personality. I have a 9 yr old maltipoo and a 1 yr old tomorrow toy maltese and I have NEVER taken her to a groomer yet bc she never leaves me. The older one is familiar with the groomers but its been a tough year and Ill admit I was slacking on her and I feel awful for it. But I dont do the best job of grooming them (not good with teeth and ears and I just let the vet do the nails, but he even did a better job than 2 vets EVER did), and it just isnt fair to them to look like that, nor was it the best for their skin, nails, ears etc. Its an excellent price for the service you get. I can tell he took his time with both of them, and neither of them were upset when I picked them up and they looked fabulous. Maybe I can add some photos when Im on my phone. But they needed to be cut down pretty much bare to start over and I will admit that is partly due to me thinking Im a professional groomer. Lesson learned. I will def come here again and I would recommend him. Timing was pretty much exactly what he said. I dropped them off at 9. He called me about 1245 to come and get them. More than reasonable for all the services he did on them. Their pawpads looked especially good. My point is, for all that he did, I was really impressed. They smelled great. Their ears looked wonderful. I can tell he did a lot of work on them bc as I said, they needed some help. But they look so good now. I cant wait to see how great they look in the future and I pretty much will not take my dogs to any other place now. 100000/10.

775 Marietta Highway, RoswellWe were using the big corporate Veterinary clinic in Roswell. More testing, more labs. Referral to Veterinary internal med more tests and still no diagnosis. Our dog was not getting better and the corporate clinic kept suggesting more labs and more testing. Realized she was guessing. Knew had to do something different. We live walking distance to Dr Barger. Picked up phone 5 minutes before closing spoke with Karen. She said Dr Burger can help you. Appointment next day. Our Papillion is back to her normal happy eating self. He took her off all the meds and gave her a simple med and over counter med. She is totally back to normal. Soo glad found Dr Barger and staff.

Anthony welcomed both of us and when the doctor was ready he took great care of Badu! And within the fee days of the visit and her on the plan he gave her, She was back to her regular self...because she was annoying me.

Roswell Veterinary Associates
1470 Woodstock Road, RoswellWe starting using RVA in April of 2024 when we were moving from the west coast to Georgia. Our vet in CA recommended RVA. It first started with our Blue Heeler showing signs of dental decay while my husband made a preliminary trip w/ the dog prior to the big move. He took our dog in and they suggested a cleaning with possible extractions. No judgement they said just make an appointment when we get settled. When we went to drop off our dog for her cleaning, they bring you and your pet into an exam room. So no handing off in the lobby. Much less stressful to go to the exam room with the pet. It turned out our dog needed several extractions and even required stitches. They were great no judgement. (She is well cared for just something about her mouth.) I really appreciated that they clipped her nails while under anesthesia!!
And now for our cat…he was attacked by another animal a few days prior to our move so he required an immediate follow-up with RVA immediately after we arrived in GA. That’s when we first met Dr. Greener. She’s so capable and very sweet. She was so understanding that we had so much going on with our pets; all while making a big move.
They have always been wonderful. We stick w/ Dr. Greener but I’ve talked to the other Dr.’s and they are all wonderful. Michelle has done the procedure hand-off twice and she’s very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. One time I had to take both pets in for shots, etc. and my cat pooped in his carrier. It was a huge disaster. Dr Greener was so compassionate and Jordan definitely went above and beyond with us. Even cleaning the cat and his carrier. Love them they are the greatest!

When she was just 6 months old, she was injured during a grooming appointment, and she has been absolutely terrified of groomers ever since. Over the years, my husband and I have tried everything, finding groomers willing to work with her while we held her, and even attempting to groom her ourselves. It’s always been a stressful and difficult experience. Recently, it got so bad that we were considering taking her to the vet just to have her sedated so she could be shaved down because of how matted she had become.
Then we found Nicole.
I explained our dog’s history to her and how no one had ever successfully been able to complete a full groom. She was so confident in her ability, which gave me hope, but after 5 years of failed attempts, I didn’t know what to expect.
I am SO thankful we trusted her.
Nicole gave Moni the best grooming she has ever had. Not only that, but she was able to build trust with her in a way no one else ever has. After the appointment, Moni wouldn’t leave her side. She wasn’t scared at all.
10/10 experience.

The area is in a nice spot not far from Historic Roswell which makes it easy to get in and out. Once I entered, I noticed everyone talking and being friendly with each other - stark contract from taphouses, breweries or even coffee spots that have people everywhere yet no one is interacting. You can easily tell that the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.
When it came to the wine and beer selection, there's something for everyone. I was happy to try the Octoberfest / Marzen along with an amazing sour I wish I remembered the name of.
The staff was welcoming, people were friendly, drinks were good. Can't ask for more. Definitely the place to go for a weekday or weekend drink to relax when in the area.

My kids also enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries.
The Peperoni poppers were good and the dipping sauce is tasty.

The latte is our absolute favorite in town. It’s exceptional, smooth, no bitter roast taste, and we could ask for the level of sweetness that we prefer. Their matcha latte is my favorite, not a lot of places could make the matcha that is not grainy. They are open later than most coffee shops, especially on Sunday. The atmosphere is quiet, the place is bright and clean, with soothing music on the background. We come usually in the evening when it is not as busy, so we hardly had a long wait time for our order to come out. Excellent service, and we know all the front baristas by name. Keep up the great work, we highly recommend this place!
