“Michael was excellent! I called triple A, and it had already taken them 5 hours to even assign a to truck to me, so I cancelled and called Patriot towing. They quoted me 1.5 hours and they were there at exactly that time. Michael was able to get my car off the side of the road & take it where I needed it without me even having to be there. I can tell this company is faith oriented, and that was a plus! Michael said a Saint Michael prayer for me which was great after a stressful day of breaking down. I am going to call them every time I need a tow now. The prices are completely fair as well. This company has integrity & I don’t say that lightly.”

“Everyone I dealt with at Randy’s Auto Center is a true talented, skilled and caring professional. I found Randy’s Auto Center on the Georgia Clean Air Force website listed as a shop that was successful at performing repairs related to failed emissions tests. My 2018 Ford F150 with only 88,000 miles had failed emissions due to a check engine light and several emissions related codes. Another respectable shop and a highly rated Ford dealer had already failed to perform a successful repair and/or refused to attempt further repairs. After doing some research on the issues, I became highly concerned that I might not be able to get my truck fixed. I took the truck to Randy’s Auto Center and they immediately identified the problem. They called me and told me what they the issue was,exactly how much it would cost,and then what the result of the repair would be. They repaired my truck and then drove it to ensure that the check engine light did not come back on. They took the truck to an independent emissions test facility to ensure a passing emissions test, and gave me a passings emission report. Randy’s easily diagnosed and performed a repair that the other shop failed to do and the Ford dealer refused to attempt. I highly recommend Randy’s. Even though Randy’s is more than 30 minutes away, Randy’s will be doing all of my future repairs and maintenance.Thank you Gill, Justin, Randy and everyone else I dealt with!”

“Had to get 2 tires changed over onto rims that had flat tires. We were greeted with a smile and hello as the door was held open for us. Gave us a great price since they were off the vehicle. Had a new guy and when he needed some help, a seasoned employee came over to ensure that everything was done right. Was taken in quickly even though it was close to closing time.I would recommend them from the brief encounter and what I observed watching everyone work on different things. The young woman who spoke to us was courteous and efficient as well. Glad to have found a local place we can return to at a later date if we need to!”

After waiting 20+ hours for Audi Roadside Assistance to send someone (only to be unsuccessful in jumping my car), I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my car started. I called Superior and they answered promptly, arrived in an hour and successfully jumped my car on the first try. They even went the extra mile answering all of my questions and drove behind me on the way to dealer since they were headed in the same direction. “Truck broke down on Atlanta 285 bypass on a Friday night. Found City Boy towing by google and boy I am glad I called. The driver (Jonathan) arrived within 30 minutes of call proceeded to secure the vehicle and took me to a motel for the night and also got in touch with a friend of his who is a mechanic. Truck was picked up next morning from motel , was worked on and delivered back to me the same day allowing me to continue on to my destination. Jonathan stayed in touch with me via his personal phone to make sure all was going well throughout my stay . He turned what could have been a disastrous night into a well manageable one.
