“Went in without a reservation and they still had a truck available and it was the 1st of the month when many are moving. No wait, staff was polite and very knowledgeable. They were able to help/recommend the best vehicle for what I needed done. Truck was clean inside and out and SMELLED fresh, nothing worse than a smokey smelling vehicle when your not a smoker. I would recommend this location.”

“Your two employees on duty that day were courteous (though i was waiting for the young lady, as she was helping another customer, at the time, she ACKNOWLEDGED me and told me she would be right with me…a real ‘pet peeve’ of mine, just acknowledge me, even though you can’t help me, right away).A gentleman came in, immediately asked if I’d been helped, and starting asking me, how he could help.My wife had called and made the reservation, which he had access to all the information on the computer, was knowledgeable and professional, as we went through all of the paperwork, then WE went to the dolly, he hooked up everything to my truck, and was there when I returned, a few hours later, and UNhooked the dolly, attached it to UHaul truck, and quickly returned it to its proper place.Nothing but good things to say, about BOTH individuals, by far, the best, easiest interaction of the day, certainly, the easiest experience I’ve had @ any U Haul…Very nice to see, in an environment, you didn’t expect to get the type of service I received!Very good, very nice, unexpected encounter.
