“Casey was very helpful and friendly. They units are very clean and I love the security of cameras and fences makes you feel at ease leaving all of your personal belongings. I would differently tell you to use these guys if you need a good clean storage.”

“Yes I am very happy the way he introduced himself and introduce the property and you know calmly and discuss how the process works and you know the billing and all that good stuff and you know he went through with me with everything that needs to be with the unit and I recommend that other people to give it a chance you know it's worth it and for low price like that you cannot beat that so I recommend it to anybody in and also I like to add that him as a manager you know like I said he gave all details the way he needs to be and professionalize everything and he was professional by everything so y'all just give it a try. “This place is amazing! I can come and go as much as I need to from 6am-10pm everyday. It's well lit inside and outside, has coded entry, and it also has cameras which aid in my feeler safer. The manager Lisa and Renesha have gone out of their way to make me a welcome customer as well as following up on questions I had. I highly recommend both the facility and staff at Storage Sense on Cohen Walker!”
“We recently rented storage units at Storage Center of Bonaire during our move, and I just have to say the customer service was absolutely amazing. Kadi who helped us was so helpful, very accommodating, and truly a complete breath of fresh air during what can be a stressful moving process.
She goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of and makes you feel like family instead of just another random customer. That kind of service is hard to find these days.

“Had only had unit 1 month. Told the employee in the off when I went in to pay on January 3rd 2026 that I would be moving out in 1 week. Instead of him probation my rent for the one week he charged me for a whole month. When I called them to let them know that I had moved out a day early and my lock was removed and unit was swept and cleaned better than I had received it. They asked if my love was removed, which I again told them yes, and asked then what I would be being charged for the 1 week rental. He then informed me that thuer is no refund. I told him that the person who I had just spoken with 1 week prior had told me thier would be a refund, and now he is telling me that thier isn't. I have called the customer service number and have spoken with a district manager they have claimed. Still haven't received anything even after the district senior manager has told me that I would be reimbursed. Go else where poor business educate and poor customer service. I will update thus post if I receive and reimbursement.”

“Got too much stuff, don't need air conditioning? Dixieland is the answer. Owners and Staff are good people and go out of their way to take care of their customers. The owners have even come out and opened the facility on Sunday for us when we gave them advanced warning of our abnormal delivery.The units are larger then the new corporate franchise units popping up all over the county. The prices are great and don't automatically change every calendar year.The property is well maintained and the owners reinvest into upgrades and new units. I believe our family has been with Dixieland for three years now. We have scaled back and forth from one to three units as needs have fluctuated. Never have we had a negative experience.”
