“I’ve never dealt with any storage facilities but I will say they have the nicest staff! Everything was so simple. I haven’t had a single issue with payments or the actually storage unit. They do monthly raffles as well which is a nice little touch. Thankful I chose them for my storage unit needs. My family now has a storage unit and two spots for parking extra vehicles. Highly recommend!”

“Got too much stuff, don't need air conditioning? Dixieland is the answer. Owners and Staff are good people and go out of their way to take care of their customers. The owners have even come out and opened the facility on Sunday for us when we gave them advanced warning of our abnormal delivery.The units are larger then the new corporate franchise units popping up all over the county. The prices are great and don't automatically change every calendar year.The property is well maintained and the owners reinvest into upgrades and new units. I believe our family has been with Dixieland for three years now. We have scaled back and forth from one to three units as needs have fluctuated. Never have we had a negative experience.”
