Aéropostale is a specialty retailer of casual apparel and accessories for young men and women, aiming to inspire confidence. However, the store is declining and stays in disarray. Customer service was like pulling teeth. The tap and pay in store did not work, and an online order for next day pickup took three days. They should not say on the website same day and next day if they cannot provide this service.

Terrible customer service. Different prices when I got to the register than posted throughout the store. "Employees" were NO help - couldn't problem solve. Stay in school kids - get your degree! Don't shop here*

Most disgusting store I have ever been in. Looks like it was ransacked. Clothes are tossed everywhere. Needs to be organized hard to find anything.
