My lady and I walked in looked around and decided to ask for help. There was Patrick and this man knows his bizz. He took one look at me and right away knew the size I needed, asked us to follow him and he pulled out a fabulous suit we both liked, PLUS it was a perfect fit. He was amazing because with my structure its difficut to get fitted clothes. We purchsed everthing, suit, shirt, tie and matching socks, just over $200!!

“Generally I have no issues here. Unfortunately sometimes they have no staff. Was looking for a certain thing there website said it had in stock. Waited over ten minutes. I do not know if the cashier was assisting a customer that was just taking sometime or if they where talking to talk. If they want to run on skeleton crews. Should have at least two-three people. I know the store is small. Three people allow for breaks. Two would be the bare minimum.”
“When we first walked in, an associate approached us to help. When I said I wasn't sure how much we'd be spending, he ABANDONED us. Then another associate, Sam, stepped in. He was SO nice. He got our preferences, made helpful suggestions and never pressured us. I would have given 5 stars if our service had been uniformly good. The first guy is lucky I don't call him out by name.
TLDR: If you go to this location, ask for Sam!”

“I shopped here before, but recently visited on my kid's birthday and like before I enjoyed the experience. I was struggling to find a shirt that caught my eye, in my size and a beautiful and classy associate, Cola, was able to located the particular shirt for me.
There was no issues checking out, the atmosphere was chill and lively. All-around great experience, and my kid enjoyed it as well.

“Candace was great, polite and professional . However the 2nd attempt to move her to a different dept while assisting me was rude. I felt rushed. I didn’t get exactly what I needed. I now have to make a return for some of the items since they are too light. She was great at assisting me but the manager or who ever it was rushing her wasn’t. I enjoyed my experience less. I should’ve just asked Candace when she could do my makeup instead.”

“Looking for jeans!?! This is the place to be. I found EVERYTHING I wanted, and in my size. Finding your size is very important for your emotional health. I kid you not. When you go shopping and find exactly what you're looking for but none of the clothes are in your size is a terrible feeling. I have never experienced that let down at any Old Navy location. It's a great place to shop and I love the music. ?”

“I always love the clothes here and the deals. But currently only 8 people are allowed in and the associate (possibly new girl) was so slow to check us out. It literally took 15 minutes to check us out and she still missed 3 security tags. Not fun, while a family waited outside to be let in for awhile.”
