“If you want a true five star experience make sure Kari and Jordan are there. As soon as I called to check on availability Kari immediately recognized me and remembered my tastes. He quickly pulled together my items and had them ready when I arrived. He took the time to encourage me to try everything on to just make sure my fit was perfect! Everything was spot ON!! Then Jordan rang me up and I was on my way. I highly encourage anyone in need of that special fit many of us require to ask for Kari and Jordan. They gave excellent and exceptional customer service!! It is always a five star experience when I call or go there. Bravo to the team!”

“I had the pleasure to meet the super friendly and helpful person, Leslie, today! I have always enjoyed this store and today I was asked at checkout if I would like to round up to donate to the Hispanic Federation. Personally, I have not been to too many places in support of this charity. When I asked for more information, Leslie gave me some beautiful insight on, not only the Hispanic Federation charity, but also of all the other charities BoxLunch helps support! She also mentioned for every purchase of $10, BoxLunch donates a meal to Feeding America and that's why they are called "BoxLunch". I thought this was super awesome and it has made me love this store even more! For the price of my spooky new enamel pin to appease my Cinnamoroll obsession, I was essentially able to help donate to two charities in one go! Thank you for all you do!(While I love the staff here, I forgot to ask for this specific person's name, so hopefully the name on my receipt is correct for my review!).”

“I find shopping for new jeans to be a daunting task because of finding the right fit, feel and length. But as soon as I walked into this location a wonderfully sweet associate (who I regret not getting her name) came over to ask if I needed any help looking for anything. She was so thorough and attentive to what I was looking for and help me find the perfect pair of jeans. Cody was also wonderful at the register and helping me figure out if I needed to get my jeans hemmed or not. Between the two of them I now have a new favorite store to go to get jeans and I feel the task is less daunting. Best first shopping experience at a new store.
Also I think it is amazing that they can save the style and size of the jeans you get into your account so the next time you go it takes all the guess work out if you can’t remember what you got last.”

“I just happened to stop in this Hot Topic to see if I could find a cool T-shirt or two for my husband. He's a huge graphic t-shirt fan. I found something that would definitely fit him. There were two sales associates that were extremely helpful in helping me find not only good shirts, but a good deal with the buy one get one 30% off sale, and finding the right size. The first associate was ready to help me not long after I walked in the door and was really wonderful and sweet in listening to the details of my needs. They talked to me about the subject matter of the graphic shirts and the shows connected to them. The second associate was willing to order things online to help me get what I needed if I couldn't find something good. They were so sweet. I had honestly forgotten about Hot Topic because we don't go to the mall much anymore. But considering how much we love graphic t-shirts, I could see myself stopping in here a little bit more often to enhance our graphic t-shirt collection.”

“I always love the clothes here and the deals. But currently only 8 people are allowed in and the associate (possibly new girl) was so slow to check us out. It literally took 15 minutes to check us out and she still missed 3 security tags. Not fun, while a family waited outside to be let in for awhile.”

“Candace was great, polite and professional . However the 2nd attempt to move her to a different dept while assisting me was rude. I felt rushed. I didn’t get exactly what I needed. I now have to make a return for some of the items since they are too light. She was great at assisting me but the manager or who ever it was rushing her wasn’t. I enjoyed my experience less. I should’ve just asked Candace when she could do my makeup instead.”
