Every time I have come to this location of Claires, there is a board on the door stating that they are on a break, will come back in an hour or it says - on emergency break and there is no mention of when the store will open again. And one day I was in the mall for more than 2 hours and then checked back again, the store was still closed and that too during operating hours. What a disappointment! Zero professionalism. And if this is an ongoing thing, shouldnât they hire more people instead of locking the store for hours during working hours. Look at the pictures I am uploading.

Came back to Claireâs to purchase a braclet for my daughter. There was a âdouble shift break 1hourâ sign on the window. There were two girls inside. They both looked at me. Then proceeded to work inside and not open the door. When confronted the girl said that we did not know when her break started and we had an option to leave or wait. Btw. We waited 45 min to make a $9 purchase.

I went and got my ears pierced today by the manager Lexxus. She was so sweet and accommodating. She was quick and had great customer service. I recommend going to her!

I purchased a the piercing solution online. I had issues the piercing before the solution arrived and had to take the earring out. My shipping invoice says I can return the item to ANY store to receive a full refund to the original payment method. I went to the Town Center located today to return the item (which was unused) the guy who said he was the manager said he couldnât do the return. So I called corporate and they said yes he can do the refund. Went back in the store and the guy said his computer canât read my shipping invoice and he canât do a refund. He could only give store credit. I asked for his manager to was told because of HIPPA he could not give me his managerâs name. I of course explained that HIPPA has to do with medical information and not this. I asked him to call someone to figure out how to do the refund which he then said he wasnât going to sit on the phone for 2 hrs waiting on tech support. Since the store was not honoring what the return policy state, I called corporate back. They pretty much said too bad you will have it shipped it back to us at your cost. Then they tried to say I couldnât return it because it was non returnable. Mind it is not listed as a non returnable item on the paperwork. Overall Clareâs has the worst customer service. Iâm not shopping here again and will advise others of the poor customer service.

I got my cartilage pierced here. Brittany the Manager was patient, kind, and very gentle. It was a great experience, and I will definitely be back should I choose to do any piercings in the future. Thank you!

Grabbed a few things, staff was friendly and was able to get what I needed. Only weird thing I noticed was the carpet was very dirty.

The store manager Aleia ear piecing - she is amazing. She pays attention to detail. Great customer service too!
