On the 21st we planned a visit to Claires to get my granddaughter's ears pierced. The manager Alex was called to work after the employee who was supposed to work went to hospital. Alex showed up, handled the piercings professionally, navigated a shaky WIFI and didn't let anything ruin his day. Thanks, Alex!

Dustin at the town center location was incredible! He did a great job explaining all the steps and stayed calm which put my daughter at ease. He is passionate about this job and the results showed! Highly recommend!
