Costco Tire Center provides excellent service and a professional team. The service quality is great, with very timely tire installation often completed under an hour. The desk staff is very helpful in scheduling appointments, and technicians do a great job. However, appointments can run behind schedule, with check-ins and service times often taking longer than the estimated windows. At times, there can be a bit of a wait. Some customers report that technicians can improve on keeping tires and wheels cleaner during installation. On rare occasions, issues like a tire pressure light may be overlooked, leading to multiple visits. Despite this, it is a solid establishment with good customer service and great prices, highly recommended for tires.

Made a tire rotation appointment for 2:30 at the Kennesaw location. Dropped the car off early. My car wasn’t done until 4:45. It seems appointments are just a suggestion at this location. I will be going somewhere else next time.
