“I like the way they handled my tires they really cared, I’m a small local owner operator, tires are so expensive. I really wanted them to throw them on so I can go!! But James said no and carefully explained why. He basically rotated my tires so the better tires would be on my drives which I knew and understood but the fact he calmed me down and explained I’d be back in a week due to a blow out. Spending more money made plenty of sense, Great service. Adam assisted with pulling the tires but the thing is I noticed it was with urgency which I needed so I can make my load. I appreciate these guys free?”

They did a lot of extra work behind the scenes when a Tesla tire order was cancelled in their system for delivery the following morning.They were proactive and checked that it was on its way when they opened the following day so they would be on track to get the tire. When they noticed it was cancelled, they reordered it for a courier to deliver. When it got later in the day and they saw it was not moving, they went and picked up the tire themselves to ensure I could get my car back on a Saturday after leaving there Friday night. I understand things happen out of someones control, and that it can happen multiple times on the same thing.They went beyond the extra mile to get this all done before closing for the day and made sure I didn't need to go another day without my car. This is what customer service is about and it's rare these days.”
