“While at the Credit Union of Georgia, I typically work with Ms. Deardra Torres. Over the past two years, I have found her to be quite professional, knowledgeable, personable, and customer friendly. During the many transations for mother who is resides at a local nursing home or for myself, Ms. Torres takes time to ask how my mother is doing and shows genuine interest and concern. Overall, I view Ms. Torres is an exceptional representative of the Credit Union, and would rate her a 5 out of 5.”

“I presented in person to ask a list of about 16-17 questions. I was warmly greeted by Wesley who saw me at the front desk. He escorted me to a breakout room and answered all of my questions directly and honestly. I made a new friend as I appreciated Wesley's service oriented nature and the fact that he left nothing to doubt.Wesley is a friendly, down to earth man who you'd love to have over with friends for a BBQ.This CU was one of 4 I was interviewing today and due to the competitive rates on CD's, MMA's, Savings Accounts, and Good service, I decided to join same day! I got my debit card and things are rocking and rolling.I plan on getting more products from them in the future once I get everything switched over.One tip: I WISH they had some incentive to invite new members like a small cash incentive for myself and the joiner if they open an active account that stays active for 60 days, or something like that. That's the ONLY, VERY minor thing I'd change. All else is great.I saw a very wide cast of characters at this branch helping the heck out of the members and I really liked it. "Welcome to the family!" I was told on my way out the door.I wanted a name and a face that I knew to do my banking with and Welsey is now that person for me. I got everything I came there for an am very happy.Fun Fact: This building used to be the very BB&T I banked at before BB&T merged with SunTrust to become Truist, only to move down the road next to the Longhorn. Now here I am in the same building where I started, just with LGE!In addition the lobby, decor, design, and marketing is all very clean, modern, well lit. Excellent design concept!I look forward to a bright future with this Credit Union. I never thought I'd be so excited to join any financial institution!”

“So convenient! I am not sure if this is a new location or what, but man does it make my life easier since I work on the square. Very friendly staff, free 20 minute parking which is more then enough time to really take care of whatever it is that you need to do there. Where other locations I have had to show my ID and my account number, both times I have been here I have handed the teller either one or the other and that was all they needed. Additionally they did not hold on to it for an extended period of time, something that I frequently run into at other branches.”

They could not help me at that moment but took my number and said they will call me back in thirty minutes. My fingers are crossed! But I have always had excellent service in past. “Oh, Talk About Great Customer Service!...I had important business at the bank & a deadline! But the documentation went to my flooded out Florida address first, before reaching me here in Georgia. By the time I got it, I literally had 4 days to get it done. So, I went to this NFCU branch, was given an appointment to return mid-week, did, they had a power outage, & I wondered if my business there would ever be completed in time. The Staff at this branch was PHENOMENAL. They had to close the branch due to the outage. I'm disabled, didn't have my walker, & my ride would be a minute (Georgia traffic is madness, lol!). The Staff cleared the bank, provided me a chair to sit while I waited inside to be picked-up. They were very pleasant & informative as well. Gina helped me with my business there that day, and the Staff made sure I wasn't left, just standing on the sidewalk. Due to the outage I had to return that Friday. I returned, and Gina helped me efficiently & thoroughly. All of the staff there are WONDERFUL. I especially admired the way their manager dealt with the outage, with her well trained staff. I took names. Why? It says something about a business, when they not only provide a service, but do so in the manner as this group. I'm a member of this bank because my big brother is an Army Disabled Veteran, they even thanked him for his service. Not to forget, my paperwork got in on time & all is well. Thanks again NFCU. “Been with them over 20 years, 0 moments of aggravation. Remarkable. Mobile App works like a charm. However, this location is no longer manned on Saturdays.Have had my GO vi card here, for almost as long. And Fraud Detection has been effective. Fair APR, easy payments via App, Transfer function.I haven't had to call for human assistance in years. Because my direct deposits, Transfer, and e-check Bill Pay functions work well.”
