“I just want to give a huge shout out to my local CUOG branch located at, 2667 Dallas Highway, Marietta Ga. I’m not related to anyone here giving a “good review”, my name is Don Goff and these guys rock. I have had the absolute pleasure of working witch several people here, Nathan and Virginia for my daily’s and always greeted with a smile. Chandler hooked me up with the Business Checking that has the best invoicing for my business and I recently had the pleasure of working with Latonya and Kim with Members Solutions. They truly helped me getting my account up and running after a technical issue. I was super stressed about it and they handled it like a boss by keeping cool and reinforcing that it’s all going to get synched up. I wasn’t impressed with my short attitude and childish like behavior, stressed or not, I should have handled myself better. They professionally got me taken care of and simply reinforced my thoughts that I’ve made the right switch.”
“I made an appointment online to get assistance on wire transfer and other online banking features. Mr. Coker assisted and answered all my questions. He is courteous and professional. Alana, Sierra and the staff are friendly and helpful in this branch. I missed coming to the real branch. Thank you.”

They could not help me at that moment but took my number and said they will call me back in thirty minutes. My fingers are crossed! But I have always had excellent service in past. “So convenient! I am not sure if this is a new location or what, but man does it make my life easier since I work on the square. Very friendly staff, free 20 minute parking which is more then enough time to really take care of whatever it is that you need to do there. Where other locations I have had to show my ID and my account number, both times I have been here I have handed the teller either one or the other and that was all they needed. Additionally they did not hold on to it for an extended period of time, something that I frequently run into at other branches.”

“The Marietta/Johnson Ferry Rd branch has excellent customer service. If I have a business or personal checking matter that must be done in person, I prefer this branch over the others I have visited. It's not the closest or most convenient for me but it's worth it to feel respected and appreciated as a member.”
