“My husband and I have been banking with Fifth Third Bank for at least 5 years now. Typically my husband is the one to do the banking. I have gone only a couple of times with him through the drive through until today. I went by myself. I was so shocked that Acquanetta recognized me after only seeing me 2 or 3 times prior. Acquanetta is very attentive and one of the sweetest people I've met in a VERY long time!!”

It was a long drive but I was in a real pinch. Rachel the member service agent was great and helped me out with everything I needed. Sometimes I had to wait for someone to help me for few minutes, but the customer service has always been nice. I learned to use their automated systems and depositing or withdrawing money usually goes fast. Only downside is that they cannot dispense coins or sell you foreign currency at this branch. But it's OK.”

I came in to change the name on my account and see if I could deposit checks with the wrong last name and was immediately helped by a very friendly teller.”
