“I truly prefer Dollar General to Dollar Store. Better quality items, and cleaner. I have had issues with credit card number being stolen when using it at Dollar Tree, however I have NEVER HAD ISSUES LIKE THAT WITH DOLLAR GENERAL.”

“I just wanna start out by saying that Misty by far has stepped up with a new management and has done the store so amazing it’s always fully stopped always very clean and no matter what situation you run into. She’s always the first one to come out and help I would give this place five stars and highly recommend to go to this family dollar. If you live in the Acworth area I would not recommend any other place but this. I have never really went into a store and had such great customer service and the items are top notch definitely way more fuller in there now that she has become manager I just want to give a huge congratulations and appreciation to Misty for working so hard”
“Great store. I visit several within a weeks time and I can say, this store by far is the cleanest. All the isles are clear, and all merchandise is stocked. If it's not on the shelves, it is sold out. The customer service is great. They are very helpful.”

“I have to say I never leave reviews, but this store has to be one of the best I've been to in a while. For starters, the place itself is so organized, clean, and put together, and it always has amazing deals. I've been here twice so far, and each time the employees are absolutely amazing. There is an older lady—I'm unsure of her name, and I wish I knew it—but she is absolutely amazing and so attentive every time I'm in there. I have the most amazing conversation with her, and she always greets people with the nicest smile. I definitely recommend this store, and the people are amazing as well. Keep up the amazing work and amazing team you guys have!?”
“I shop here for some of my cleaning items. They have the item that is used to clean yourbwashing machine for $1.25. These allow me to clean my front loading washing machine more often and not break the bank. I also pick up the individual candy items for movie night at home. Everyone gets to choose their favorite at a good price. My husband uses the shampoo and conditioner that they sell. I'll pick up some can goods from time to time. Sometimes they'll have Heinz 57 sauce there for $1.25. It's a small jar, but that's okay. And there's so much more to find and buy there.”
“Omg this place was a dream dollar tree compared to the one in my rinky dinky town. It had all the things and more! Every time I go into mine they never have what the YouTube crafters say they get at dollar tree, but this one does! I could spend $500 easy at a dollar tree just on crafting stuff so I guess it's good I don't live anywhere near this sexy store. My husband was so ready to leave but I was just getting started.
The employees were nice, customers weren't uptight like some places in the area.
Definitely recommend if you're a DIYer on a budget too.”

“This is my favorite dollar tree! I’m always looking out for beauty dupes here and they’ve always got them! I’ve literally found a foundation that works for me and I use it every day. TikTok recommended it and I swear by it! They also have the most friendliest staff and a couple of the staff members always recognize me and ask me how I’m doing. It’s always a pleasurable experience. Store is always clean and somewhat organized… I usually come in when they’re putting new stuff out on the shelves lol I’m here once every week and I always find what I’m looking for.”
“I shop here using the app with the digital coupons. Clean store, very friendly employees. One thing.....keep your receipt. Your purchase history, on the app., can not be used if you need to return/exchange. I just needed to exchange an item. So much difficulty, 2 trips to the store. 1 to find out the app purchase receipt is useless and manager was not ther, 2nd trip to see manager to find out I need to call customer service. Called customer service and while he was friendly still dead end.”

“I purchase several items at the Cumberland Dollar Tree for a Christmas Party. I visited the store to return unused items and did not realize they had an exchange versus a return policy. I was a little taken back at first, but Natalie’s explanation and pleasant demeanor made a world of difference. I simply exchanged the holiday purchase for household goods and it all worked out.
