“This Publix at Baked Rd in Kennesaw is big and clean and always stocked. I have to make special mention of customer service desk. Specifically Ocoyo (I hope I have his name right). It’s the Asian young man at Customer Service desk. He is so kind, courteous and patient. Very rare you find someone in customer service so pleasant. He made our shopping at Publix a delight.”

Been my local publix since 2011. Corteous people, mostly shocked all the time and they even carry a small section where I can her hispanic stuff.

“This is an expensive grocery store. Lot's of expensive, organic items are available for sale.
It's owned by Amazon. Parking lot is huge and free. Electric car charging is available. Restrooms are free for public use.
I enjoy the large slices of gourmet pizza from the deli. Bakery, freshly made sushi and buffet are avaliable daily for public use.
Amazon packages can be sent here for free pickup and packages can also be returned here. This is helpful if you deal with porch pirates stealing your packages from your home.”

“Great staff, always polite and helpful, easy check outs. Sometimes items are expired on the Bogo deals, so watch out for that, but I've experienced that at other Publix locations so I'm not too upset about it. Great bakery too. This is "our Publix" near home.”
“This Aldi is close to my house, it has good prices and most of the things I need to buy, I can find them here. They don't have lactose free milk by the gallon so I have to go elsewhere for that but in general I can do all my shopping here. They could do a better job keeping the store in order and sometimes they leave empty boxes in the middle of the aisles. The check out process is fast and if there is a line they call someone to jump in and open another register, you will be in and out fast.”
“Great prices and quality!! Love the remodel for a fresh new design and layout. The produce is generally very good, but the strawberries are usually no good as they are always mushy, regardless of date of purchase or time of week bought. Overlooking this, ALDI is a great grocery store and I will be returning!!”

“My family has been shopping at the Publix on Bell’s Ferry Road (Orchard Square) for 26 years. The personal, including the customer service, cashiers, pharmacist and pharmacy techs are the best! We have never had any issues that was not handled promptly and without question. We’ve always been able to find the products we needed. While most other stores no longer offer to help carry out the groceries, Publix still has this convenience. We love this store! Thank you Publix for the best customer service!”
“I came acroos this place on TikTok for some African food. I ordered the Suya from here and the lady came back with a full platter! When she told me it was $15 just for all of that, I was honestly pleased with it. I will be coming back for the Jollof and grill chicken next time because the Suya was phenomenal.”
“This Publix has been conveniently located many years on my way to work and back home. It's a clean store and the staff members are always willing to help. It must be a great place to work since some of the employees have been there longer than forever. The bakery department is the best. However, Publix has a great selection of grocery items as well as magazines, beauty supplies, produce, flowers, wines, and then some. The only problem is their pricing. Publix is really expensive! Unless I'm in a desperate need of something, I usually shop there only for a few items or fresh bread and pastry. Sometimes when they have buy one get one free sale, it's a great time to save money.”
“This Kroger location is staffed by young people who are helpful and give attention to customer service. Front end help is the best at self checkout. The guy who's always up is great at his job. When I choose to go to this store instead of Publix it's because I know that he will get folks through the lines. We'll managed store. Clean, good selection and prices.”

“Ariel is a GEM! I’ve been going here for years and no one ever treats me like a human being, Aside from a select few. She went above and beyond to run a discount card for me since my insurance lapsed. I’m not a wealthy person and it was refreshing to see that level of kindness, when i didn’t even ask. She deserves a raise and a promotion! I have serval qualms with some of the pharmacists who treat me like an addict due to the nature of my medication, when that couldn’t be further from the truth. Ariel single handedly restored my faith in human beings and showed me that some people do care, and don’t judge. She’s the sole reason I’ll remain at this pharmacy. Keep up the good work Ariel!”
“This location is the best since the management has taken over. The aisles are very organized.There's a lot of product on the shelves now. . Before you couldn't even walk down the aisles. It's very helpful to have up the correct sale signs. The staff is very friendly. Jacob, Jeanette and Tina always greet me and my kids as soon as we walk in the door. They're very helpful if I can't find something. Thank you for changing the store around it's the closest one to my house.”
“Some Sale items confusing (example Northern toilet paper--sign posted under item reads $5.99 -$1.00=$4.99 ). When I get home and review my receipt. I find that I paid $5.99. $ 6.99-$1.00. I was about to return to store but reviewed weekly ad again and saw that $ 4.99 was the price if I purchased 4 particular items. A week or so earlier, I had a similar experience with a pint of strawberries. The sign under the berries read $1.99. I purchased 2 pints, only to discover later that I paid $3.29 each. I also purchased flour tortillas that day. There was no price/rather I didn't see a sign. I forgot to watch the register during check out. The package had 8 tortillas in it and the price was about $5. I spent $94 @Kroger that day. About 2 weeks earlier, I spent over$100, at Kroger . Currently, I spend about $300 per/mo. at Kroger. Over 20 years, I have shopped Kroger when there are 3 Publixs, nearby. I am troubled and wondering is it time to change grocery stores.

They are very patient with me whenever they are giving me an explanation of what it is that I am there for and make sure that I understand the information about it. Hands down the best pharmacy and grocery store in Cobb County and I been coming here 30 years!”
“Visited location to grab some items for hotel stay to clean and disinfect. Staff was friendly and store seemed stocked. They had fresh flowers that were dead, but they also had plants that were in containers. I was particularly impressed as I've never seen this in other dollar general stores. Some of the options included pothos, prayer plants, and caladiums. I was looking for a seasonal brand called the black paper party and was sad this store didn't have a display or any items from this collection.”
