“Purchased several piecess of Palm Casual Patio Furniture in Kennesaw about 10 years ago. We recently had a support bracket fail (it's our grand kid's fovoraite chair, it gets lots of use) and the slider chair failed. I called the store and askied if I could bring it in so they could fix it. The gentleman I spoke with (Andrew) was very helpful, going so far as to offering to swap the old chair for an entire new on - at no charge! I recommend them to all our friends - great product, great service.”

“I really love La-Z-Boy. Juliet, and all the staff for that matter, is very knowledgeable about the products on their showroom floor and what is available to choose from if you should consider changing fabric, etc. Juliet also took her time, didn’t rush me and walked me around the showroom floor to make sure I saw everything I needed. The checkout process went smoothly as well.
I’m so looking forward to receiving my leather, power, recliner on Thursday. That chair will replace my former cloth leather recliner, which I am giving to a friend who will be most happy to receive it.

“If you’re going to spend an irresponsible amount of money on furniture, I highly recommend doing it with Susan and Hany.
From the moment Susan and I started talking, we clicked. She came to my house, took measurements, listened to my rambling collection of ideas, and somehow translated them into an actual design plan. More importantly, she kept showing me pieces that made me say, “Ooooh, I love that,” which was both exciting and financially dangerous.
Susan has an incredible eye for design. She somehow managed to take all my random inspiration photos, scattered thoughts, and inability to explain why I like something and turn it into a cohesive look that feels exactly like me.
Hany was just aa amazing, he kept everything organized, answered my endless questions, and helped make sure all the details came together. He also tolerated my decision-making process, which deserves some sort of award.
The best part? They made the entire experience fun. We laughed, joked, and somehow turned furniture shopping into something I actually looked forward to. At no point did it feel like a sales process. It felt like working with people who genuinely love what they do and are really good at it.
My house is going to look beautiful, my wallet may never fully recover, and honestly, I’d do it again.

So if you're looking for any backyard ideas, furniture or grills you definitely need to check this place out. We can always find things other places but you will not find customer service like this anywhere else.”

“Today the blk manager was agitated 8/2 @11:30 am!
People get it together! Don’t rush your guest at anytime. Especially at the register. Some items are breakable and some items may need a price adjustment. She was toooo snappy for me. IF you cannot get it together DO NOT come in early or do not work retail
On a good note, I found some gems per usual. A lot of stuff was damaged it’s an easy fix. Wish they would DISCOUNT if that’s what it’s suppose to be and stop taking $2.00 off of $49.99-HaHa

“Nice, neat store with a clean restroom, right by the front entrance. They are as good as Wal-Mart. You can find nice men's, women's, and children's clothing. The makeup section was well stocked and delightfully lit up. We came for bedding and found some great decorative pillows and sheets. Don't know why I do not remember to shop at Target. This location even has a grocery section and a pharmacy. I do not believe that they do car repairs. We received good customer service Overall, maybe I will shop there more often. For the Starbuck's lovers, there is one next to the front door.”
“Very pleasant experience. We purchased a complete set of outdoor furniture and accessories for our screened in porch on our initial visit. Robin was our sales associate. She was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We had planned on checking out a couple more stores after our visit, but purchased all our furniture that same visit. Also. I loved your show room and how everything was set up and displayed.”
“This store is probably my favorite. I am obsessed with the selection. They always have the one off items I need for my dinners or events without having to scour the earth. I purchase my coffees and syrups here because the variety is top tier. If youre shopping for household items and furniture it can be pricey but honestly the selection is so unique and QUALITY. If you've never checked it out run there now.”
