Brought back a pair of slacks that was $80 after getting back from being out of the country and it missed the 60 mark by 2 days and they would not budge at all… brand new never worn aLL tags still present… never coming back to this store trust!

The staff is great, I came in Friday and asked them to hold a few pairs of boots I purchased so I could walk around more. I lost track of time so I came back Sunday, they gave me no issues picking everything up.

Skylar in Returns is The BEST at Customer service and support. She is friendly, patient and efficient. She worked through her lunch break to complete my returns which is going above and beyond. This is a big shout out to Skylar and all of other the hard working employees who deal with after Christmas returns this year.

Ever see a slow motion train wreck? Go to this store and that's pretty much the same experience.It looks like it's in the aftermath stages of an apocalypse and the bathrooms smell absolutely horrible.There's zero workers to be found and I'd be shocked if there were people in there, besides us, not passing through.We came in to look for little girls dresses for a wedding. Found a good selection and good prices. She did not say yes to the dress but that had more to do with my daughter style choice than anything else.
