As a pilot, I wanted a custom 360 degree compass rose ring, and he turned the concept into a reality flawlessly. Communication was top notch he walked me through the CAD file options, gave great technical advice on font sizing and layout, and even reached out by phone to make sure we were aligned on the specs. The turnaround time was surprisingly fast, too. The finish on the natural titanium is top quality and matches my Apple Watch Ultra perfectly. “BEST LOCATION!!!!! Upon entering the store I was greeted by every sales associate (which is rare), they even remembered me from visiting months prior. Though the store was packed we were serviced in a timely manner. I came to exchange my bracelet for a larger size but ended up buying another charm. Unfortunately this location is further away from me after moving but I will gladly pass two other locations for better service!!!”
